Description:
San Jose metro area Primary care openings
- 100% outpatient setting. Adult focused practice
- Salary is up to $275,000 depending on experience, training and hours worked
- Can be IM or FM trained. BE/BC
- Mainly adult patietns but group accepts ages 5 and above
- EPIC EMR
- Average 20-25 patients per day
- Flexible scheduling available. Clinic is open Monday Friday from 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour for lunch)
- No calls or nights
- Normal benefits package with malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, 401K with immediate vesting, 15 days PTO/sick time, 11 holidays. Group will approve all CME expenses and encourages online CME.
- Group has one MD and 3 NP s currently
- Relocation is negotiable
- Located 35 minutes from San Jose, CA in the suburban area
