Jan-Aug

Communication skills and a positive attitude are of paramount importance.

The provider needs to ready to work with a diverse staff patient load and is focused on ensuring the patients are taken care while in the office.

Provider needs to understands that production is of utmost importance to office success and locum assignment.

Looking for a DDS that is capable of producing $ 4,800 / day with a schedule that allows for this.

NON-NEGOTIALBLES / SKILLSET NEEDED:

Any provider that we send to to client to interview will understand that :

They are expected to produce a minimum of $600 per new patient that comes to see the client.

( as long as schedule affords the DDS the potential to do so )

Support Staff:

3 DAs 1 full time EFDA, and 2 part time RDAs.

Front office manager that is also an EFDA

Age range of patients:

90% Adult 10% children / teens

We see all ages of patients. We do not get a ton of pediatric patients but we do see some from time to time.

Procedures Required/ Preferred:

With us being an ER dentist

Typically most patients are in pain and need either EXOs with bone graft and or bridges or Root canals with build ups and crowns

Providers do what ever is needed for the patients to help with getting them out of pain with treatment.

NO Medicaid required - all FFS

EMR: Carestack - Use Sota for X-Rays

Patients per day: 5-20

(typically 6 new patients per day)
