Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Looking for a highly compensated, flexible practice that allows you to live where you want? Hamilton County Hospital (Syracuse, KS) offers two physician models designed for lifestyle, balance, and stability.

You don t need to relocate to rural Kansas many of our physicians live in Oklahoma City (our headquarters), Denver, or Wichita and commute for scheduled weeks.

Option 1: Single Physician Model

• 
  Compensation: $400,000-$425,000/year


• 
  Schedule & Flexibility:
  




• 26 weeks/year on-site (2 out of every 4 weeks)


• 16 weeks/year remote supervision of APPs (from home or locally)


• 10 weeks vacation annually




• 
  Duties:
  




• ER call (low volume, average 2 patients/24 hrs) from home


• Inpatient rounding: Acute daily, Skilled weekly, LTC monthly


• Outpatient clinic (M F)


• Occasional executive team visits to other hospitals




• 
  Census: 3 4 ADC acute/skilled, 13 LTC, 8 clinic

Option 2: Two-Physician Team Model

• 
  Compensation: $300,000/year each


• 
  Schedule & Flexibility:
  




• Shared 26 weeks/year of community call/coverage


• Coordinate coverage with partner to minimize travel frequency


• 25 weeks vacation annually


• 1 week/year executive duties




• 
  Duties & Census: Same as above
