Lee Health is seeking Memory Care Advanced Practice Provider!

Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Health Memory Care is looking for a passionate Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our Memory Care team. This position will work with individuals diagnosed with memory issues or being screening. Provider will see both new patients and follow-up patients. Schedule is Monday through Friday with no call or weekends. The ideal candidate will be patient and supportive with a special place in their heart to work with this patient population
