Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Endocrinologist to serve as the Program Director for our ACGME-accredited Endocrinology Fellowship Program. The ideal candidate will lead the program with a commitment to excellence in education, clinical care, and scholarly activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the fellowship program, including curriculum development, faculty engagement, and compliance with ACGME requirements.
Mentor and evaluate fellows, ensuring a supportive and academically rigorous environment.
Collaborate with institutional leadership to advance program goals and strategic initiatives.
Maintain active clinical practice and participate in scholarly activities.
Qualifications:
Board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate medical education.
Demonstrated leadership, teaching, and administrative skills.
Eligibility for medical licensure in Florida
