Practice Details

• 100 percent interventional pain role with clinic, ASC procedures, and EMG coverage across Lafayette and Kokomo


• ASC access for spinal cord stimulators, injections, pain pumps, and additional procedures


• Two up-to-date EMG machines in place with scribes and a highly efficient workflow


• Strong referral base with minimal local competition and a physician-owned model built for autonomy

Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary guarantee of $450,000 to $550,000 for two years with RVU bonuses; physicians routinely earn $750,000 or more annually
