• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans and learning activities
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, and communicating any concerns or successes to the teaching staff
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students
• Collaborating with the teaching team to implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated experience in working with children or young people, either in an educational or a related setting
• A genuine interest in supporting the academic and personal growth of students
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the classroom
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
