• 
  Schedule: Several (5-8) in-house 24-hour call shifts per month on a long-term ongoing basis
• 
  Job Setting: Hospital System,Trauma Level 2 facility
• 
  Types of Cases: Busy, high acuity practice. Emergent cases through Emergency Department including hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, ovarian cystectomy, hysteroscopy, IUD insertions, abscess, post hysterectomy complications, exploratory laparotomy. Low and high risk pregnancy, routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds. 5 midwives support MD providers on L&D. Approximately 25 patient encounters per shift.

  Credentialing: 90 days

  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• 
  Certifications: BLS
• 
  Licensure: Washington state license, will consider IMLC
