Qualifications: We're Looking For:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Friendly, outgoing individuals with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in stressful or emergency situations
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to swim 50 yards and lift yourself out of the pool unassisted
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
