  Experience Required: Must have at least 1 year of experience as an NP or PA

  Specialty Experience Preferred: Prior Pulmonology APP experience highly preferred
  
• 
  Licensure: Must have (or be eligible for) an unrestricted Illinois license

  NP: Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner

  PA: Certified by the NCCPA

  DEA license required or ability to obtain

  Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
