Work alongside attending intensivists delivering high-acuity, evidence-based critical care

  Full-Time: 3 12-hour shifts per week

  Hours: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM

  Shift: Day Shift with opportunity for OT
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Typical APP-to-patient ratio: ICU patients per provider

  
  


• 
  

  Attending MD always available for support

  
  

• 
  

  Manage critically ill ICU patients in a high-acuity environment

  
  


• 
  

  Perform and document:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    H&Ps, consults, daily progress & event notes, procedure notes

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Enter orders and document in Cerner EMR
  

  
  


• 
  

  Interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in multidisciplinary rounds each shift

  
  


• 
  

  Perform invasive ICU procedures in accordance with MSO credentialing

  
  

• 
  

  Central line insertions (CVLs, vascaths, introducers)

  
  


• 
  

  Arterial line insertions

  
  

• 
  

  PA or ACNP with active national & state licensure

  
  


• 
  

  
  1 2+ years ICU APP experience required
  

  
  


• 
  

  Proven proficiency with central and arterial line placement

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent day-shift schedule with full-time stability
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  High hourly rate with lucrative overtime
