Schedule: 4 days per week preferred, daytime hours with limited evening call
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (Post?Acute Care)
Type of Cases: Compliance?driven visits and chronic disease management
Credentialing: Fast?track 48 72 hours after risk approval
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Licensure: North Carolina license or ability to obtain
