Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA, is currently seeking an Academic Hospitalist (BE/BC Internal Medicine) to join our multi-specialty group, Desert Valley Medical Group. This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a strong academic component, working with Internal Medicine residents.

Position Highlights
- Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
Day shift Hospitalist with academic responsibilities
- Actively involved with IM residents: rounding and serving as core faculty for the IM Residency Program
- Open ICU; procedures preferred but not required
- Some Primary Care shift coverage preferred
Work Schedule: Traditional Work Schedule: Monday Friday schedule (8AM 5PM) + 1 weekend/month
- Located in Victorville, CA 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga
- Base salary starting at $275,000/year, plus semi-annual production bonuses
- Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement will be given.
- Other benefits include health insurance (EPO/HMO at no cost to the provider), 401(k) retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
