Description: Staff Physician Outpatient
Location: Blythe, CA (1415 Hobsonway, Blythe, CA 92225)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $330,000 $350,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
- Housing Stipend: $2,000/month (up to 1 year)
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California medical license (or eligibility)
- Current DEA registration
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute and chronic conditions
- Experience in outpatient or primary care preferred
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced clinical setting
- Ability to handle high patient volume and complex cases
- May require extended hours or flexibility based on patient needs
