The clinician will participate in weekly treatment team meetings reviewing approximately 25% of caseload each week, collaborating with therapists, nurse practitioners, and behavioral staff to adjust care plans across a 25-26 patient census. The position involves completing discharge assessments and summaries, including medication reconciliation and aftercare planning for patients with approximately 4-month average length of stay.
