Join a dedicated care team providing primary care to employees of local companies at an onsite health center. This is a locum tenens opportunity.
Key Details:
Setting: Employee wellness and primary care
Patient Volume: 7 10 patients per day
Ages Seen: 2+
Travel:
Mileage and lodging is covered
Support: Collaborative team including physician and nursing staff
Interview: Virtual with Medical Director
Requirements:
- Active IL license
- Board Certification ABFM
- Active BLS and DEA
- Minimum 2 year of primary care experience
