Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 5 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Kissimmee. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:
15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000
18 days per month: Base salary $301,000
Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:
Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average
Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions
No procedures or codes required
Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
