Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Type of Need: Locums (Locums-to-Perm & Perm considered)
- Reason for Opening: Vacancy due to FTE increase & recent resignation
- Credentialing: Temp privileges available for clean files
- Orientation: Full-day (M F) prior to first shift
Shift Structure Eau Claire, WI.
- 3 Physicians + 1 APC daily
- Shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM 6:30 PM 6:30 AM 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
- APC: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
Rice Lake, WI.
- 2 Physicians + 1 APC daily
- Shifts: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
- APC: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified: ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA required)
- Active WI license (or willing to apply)
- Minimum 1 year of EM experience
- Urgent Care experience considered if not ABEM
- No pending malpractice claims
Compensation
- Pay: $300/HR
- Travel & Lodging: Covered
- Cross-Credentialing: Available
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Designation: None
- Clean file required for temp privileges
