The Boeing Company is currently seeking a professional to serve as an F-15 Program Lead Radar Engineer (Level 5) on the Boeing Air Dominance Sensors & Special Program Team located in Berkeley, MO.

As a member of the team, you will provide technical engineering and program support for our domestic F-15 Radar development program. Duties will include internal and external coordination as well as guiding and assisting technical execution, all in support of delivering the F-15 Radar Scope as defined in the customer requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  Delivers technical excellence in support of F-15 Radar development.

  
  


• 
  

  Provides program and technical support for interfacing with program management and the Radar Supplier.

  
  


• 
  

  Provides review and approval of technical approaches and products.

  
  


• 
  

  Works closely with technical leads, engineers, and other Boeing impacted teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Provides technical support to ensure mission success and prompt resolution of anomalies.

  
  


• 
  

  Manages requirements for the Radar supplier to meet the customer's needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Participates in Radar Configuration Control Boards (CCB), Design Reviews and customer technical meetings.

  
  


• 
  

  Supports common practices to meet programs' cost, schedule and quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Support risk, issues, opportunity management

  
  


• 
  

  Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for Radar team and Radar supplier

  
  

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options
.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 
  

  Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, and Physics

  
  


• 
  

  
  Level 5:14+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor's degree OR 12
  + years of work-related experience with a master's degree

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with development of avionics or electronics related hardware or software systems

  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 
  

  Active US Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

  Control Account Manager (CAM) experience in support of Earned Value Management (EVM)

  Supplier engagement and oversight in support of technical execution

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range:

Level 5: $164,900 - $223,100
