Description: Electrophysiology Physician Join our esteemed medical team as an Electrophysiology Physician and play a pivotal role in delivering specialized cardiac care. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hospital-based environment, performing advanced electrophysiology procedures, including implantable device management and ablative therapies, while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient outcomes. Required Skills: Board Certified in Electrophysiology Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology Valid Tennessee medical license Current BLS and ACLS certification DEA license (or DEA exemption if non-prescribing) Proven ability to perform inpatient device implants, ablations, ILRs, and cardioversions Strong knowledge of CARTO, Abbott, and Opal HDx mapping systems Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced mapping systems Prior exposure to complex arrhythmia management Additional certifications in cardiac device management or related fields Experience working within a multidisciplinary cardiac team Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) At least 2 years of post-training practice in electrophysiology, preferably in a hospital setting with inpatient and device implant experience Other Requirements: Clean background check and recent verification of credentials Willingness to work scheduled weekday shifts and weekend call rotations Availability for credentialing and privileging processes within 60-90 days Travel eligible for flights and mileage or rental car reimbursements This position offers an hourly rate of $429, with additional compensation for pager and weekend call duties.
