Description: About the Role We're looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations at Little Caesars. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, leading a team, and delivering great customer service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Open and/or close the store as needed
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and prep
- Train new employees and reinforce company procedures
- Lead by example with a positive, energetic attitude
Qualifications - Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
