Position Overview:
- Setting: Providing employee health and wellness to patients in Berea KY.
- Schedule:
- Monday 9:00am-6:30pm
- Tuesday 9:00am-3:00pm
- Wednesday 10:00am-6:30pm
- Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm
- No on-call or callback responsibilities.
Required:
- Active KY license.
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, and BC
- Minimum 1 year of MD experience required
Compensation:
- Receive weekly paycheck
