Base Salary: $585,000
Earning Potential: All current physicians earning $700K+ annually
Schedule: 220 shifts per year
Call: 7 total call days per month 2 built into base comp, 5 paid separately
Bonuses & Incentives: Shift-based bonus structure for additional earning flexibility
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
Relocation Assistance: $15,000
CME: 5 paid days + allowance
Academic Title: Professorship available based on experience
No cardiac cases
