VIE - Digital Operations Project Manager - M/F - Germany - June 2026

Missions:

• Taking over first projects for process optimization in the area of customer service within DACH to improve customer satisfaction, costs and quality


• Conducting feasibility studies and building business cases for order automation or EDI projects


• Supporting daily business of DACH Customer Solution team via analyses and process improvements


• 
  

  Quantitative ad hoc analysis and evaluation of customer service processes and order data

  
  

• Completed studies in the area of Business Administration/Economics


• First professional experience through relevant internships in supply chain, ideally with reporting and data analysis


• Very good knowledge about MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), VBA and Power BI knowledge are a plus


• SAP knowledge preferable, very good numerical reasoning, as well as ability to think analytically and conceptually


• Fluent in English, German is a plus

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.


• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.


• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.


• You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

• There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.


• You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.


• Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.


• The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
