Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Location: Grass Valley, CA

Position Type: Locum Physician OBGYN

A hospital in Grass Valley is seeking OBGYN physicians for weekend call coverage. The role includes deliveries, C-sections, and emergency call for OBGYN cases. This position supports a dedicated Family Birthing Center with its own C-section OR.

• Weekend call coverage with urgent dates starting December

• Average deliveries per month (may go up to 40)
• Duties include deliveries, C-sections, and ED call

• Work on a dedicated L&D floor with its own operating room
• EMR: Cerner

• Strong support team: anesthesiology, pediatrics, general surgery, RTs, and local OBGYNs

• Board Certified or BE OBGYN (within 5 years)

• Active CA medical license Required

• DEA required during credentialing

• Must provide recent case logs (24 months)
• Must meet experience requirements for deliveries and GYN procedures
• Clean malpractice preferred
• Must be available at time of name clear

• Weekend call coverage 24-hour shifts
