  Schedule: Four-day work week
• 
  Job Setting: Independent, progressive, community hospital; Hospital-employed position; Outpatient clinic care, rounding on newborns, and attending C-sections
• 
  Types of Cases: Busy, growing practice consisting of 4 physicians, 2 full-time CNPs, 2 part-time CNPs, 1 part-time behavioral health CNP, and lactation consultant; Single hospital coverage, Level 1 nursery; Approximately 400 births per year at hospital's birth center; Only pediatrics practice in 20+ mile radius

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years and with plans to test); Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification
• 
  Certifications: DEA (or willing to obtain); PALS (or willing to obtain); NRP (or willing to obtain)
• 
  Licensure: Ohio license (or willing to obtain)
