Dermatology Physician Assistant

I wanted to share an exciting Dermatology opportunity in Coastal South Carolina with a highly respected, private physician-owned dermatology practice that is expanding its team. The group has recently completed a newly renovated, state-of-the-art office and is seeking experienced Dermatology Physician Assistants (PAs) or Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join their growing practice.

This is a full-time, Monday Friday position with a strong medical dermatology focus (approximately 80% medical / 20% surgical, with surgical work optional based on your experience and interest). The practice is high-volume, averaging around 40 patients per day, with the opportunity to see up to 55 patients daily if desired.

Compensation includes an initial guaranteed salary, followed by a transition to a highly lucrative percentage-of-collections model. Current PAs in the practice are earning $200,000+ annually . A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

The practice is physician-owned (not private equity backed), has a strong referral base, and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on provider success and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will be a board-certified PA or NP with at least one year of dermatology experience and a strong foundation in medical dermatology. Surgical experience is preferred but not required.
