$270,000 Base + $50k Sign-On Bonus Full-Time (M F or 4-Day Workweek Option)

We re seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join two established outpatient clinics in the Phoenix area: Central Phoenix and Paradise Valley. $270,000 base salary (up to $250K for newer physicians)
$50,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum)

What You ll Do:
Provide adult and geriatric primary care in a modern outpatient setting
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and long-term wellness
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Epic experience is a plus)
Who We re Looking For:
MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
Minimum 2 3 years of recent outpatient primary care experience (no hospitalists or urgent care providers)
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arizona
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
Experience with EHRs and managed care populations (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
