Description: Senior Recruiter - Travel Nurse Recruiting (Full-Desk)
Location: Manhattan, NYC In-Person
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter to run a full desk within a fast-paced Travel Nurse Recruiting environment. This is an in-person, full-time role for an experienced recruiter with a proven production history and an existing book of business who is ready to significantly grow earnings. What You'll Do
- Run a full recruiting desk from sourcing through placement
- Source, screen, interview, and place travel nurse candidates
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain and grow existing TOAs while generating new business
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly production goals
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- Proven full-desk recruiting experience
- 35+ TOAs post-COVID
- Existing book of business with 30-35 active TOAs and ability to migrate
- Background in Travel Nurse Recruiting
- Strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and consistent production
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 (salary floats based on monthly sales)
- Commission: 4%-10% of average monthly sales (not margin)
- Total Compensation Range:
- $110,000 on the low end
- $200,000+ for top performers
