Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
• Developing and implementing personalised learning plans to address individual needs
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
• Maintaining detailed records and contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress
• Promoting a positive, nurturing, and safe learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
• Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the growth and development of young learners
• Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related field would be an advantage
