Description: We are a well-established high street firm with over 100 years of history, known for our friendly culture and high staff retention. As part of an exciting expansion of our conveyancing department, we are looking to recruit a qualified CILEx Lawyer or Solicitor to join our close-knit team. The Role You will work across all aspects of residential conveyancing, managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. The role involves working closely with a partner and as part of a supportive team that includes two experienced support staff. Key Responsibilities Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Handling matters including sales, purchases, reportages, and transfers of equity Maintaining a strong billing record and meeting financial targets Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Using (or quickly adapting to) a case management system. About You Qualified CILEx Lawyer or Solicitor Proven track record of billing and managing your own files Experience working within residential conveyancing Comfortable working with a case management system Reliable, organised, and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
