Description: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - Level III NICU
Saginaw, Michigan Full-Time New Grads Welcome Position Overview: Join a collaborative and growing Level III NICU team in Saginaw, MI, offering a supportive environment ideal for both experienced Neonatal NPs and motivated new graduates.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Setting: Inpatient - Level III NICU
- Team Environment: Work alongside neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and a multidisciplinary care team
- Not Accepting Locums or Visa Candidates
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, hands-on care for neonates, including high-risk deliveries and advanced procedures
- Collaborate with neonatologists in managing complex neonatal cases
- Participate in patient care planning, family education, and clinical decision-making
- Support a wide range of pediatric subspecialties: cardiology, surgery, neurology, and more
- Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based initiatives
- Access structured mentorship and professional development programs-ideal for new grads
Requirements:
- Certification:
- Must be NNP Board Certified (No FNP, PNP, or other NP credentials accepted)
Experience: 2+ years of NNP experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply Licensure: Must be eligible for or hold Michigan NP licensure Compensation & Benefits:
