Description: Introduction: Truck Technics Limited has been operating since 2007 from its purpose built workshops in Leyburn. We have onsite commercial / car / fabrication / bodyshop workshops. There is scope to increase your skill range in various areas of the trade and one of our highest values in seeing people grow and succeed within the business. Dayshift only Job Role: HGV Technician Leyburn , North Yorkshire Pay rate is very much dependant on skill level / experience as we are happy to discuss employment with semi skilled technicians to top end technicians. Working : Monday - Friday + alternate Saturdays - DAYSHIFT ONLY no backshift or rota shifts Although an experienced HGV technician would be preferential, due to the nature of our work we are able to offer the job to technicians from other backgrounds and have successfully employed and trained techs from agricultural and car backgrounds who were looking for a change. Duties Service / maintenance and repairs on all makes of hgv including trailers. Working mainly on Scania / Volvo / DAF vehicles and a variety of trailers - Nooteboom / Broshuis / Faymonville and Goldhofer including heavy haulage modular trailers.
