Facility Details/Job Specifics:
Active Virginia license required (no pending)
Mix of 8s, 10s, or 12s
40 hours guaranteed; 50 hour weeks common
Minimum 2 weeks/month availability
Weekend in house shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Weekday beeper call preferred, not required
High volume OB required
Case mix: B&B, endo, ortho, light bariatric - no hearts
MD only supervision of CRNAs
Credentialing 90-120 days; temp privileges case by case
Epic EMR
Credentialed at two sites
