  Schedule: Days/nights/weekends.Shifts include 7a-7p, 7p-7a, and 7a-1p round shifts (flexible pending volume). No on-call shifts, just regular shifts with rounding.

  Job Setting: Comprehensive Stroke Center
• 
  Credentialing: 60-90 days.

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum. Board Certified required.
• 
  Licensure: Missouri license or willing to license.

Additional Requirements: Provider must be self-motivated. Please provide last 24 months of case logs for LP and TNK when presenting bids.
