  Schedule: Outpatient Clinic Mon-Friday. In-patient Call variable Mon-Fri, 1-2 weekends per month, 1 minimally
• 
  Job Setting: Outpatient Clinic and In-patient Call
• 
  Types of Cases: Pediatrics, 0-1 patient encounters per shift
• 
  Credentialing: 90 days

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required, Fellowship preferred
• 
  Certifications: BLS, PALS
• 
  Licensure: WI State License, will consider IMLC
