  Schedule: Clinic hours 7:30AM to 5PM based on patient volume, call coverage 7:30AM to 5:30PM. No nighttime/evening or weekend call.

  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required

  Certifications: BLS

  Licensure: Minnesota state license
