  Job Setting: Clinic and call

  Types of Cases: General urology care in clinic and on call, Cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy, TURP, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans, Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, Cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections, bread and butter urology. Robot available onsite
• 
  Credentialing: 3 months

• 
  Board Certifiedor Truly Board Eligible 0-5 years upon residency completion
  
• 
  Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS
• 
  Licensure: Active Washingtonlicenseor IMLCwith LOQ in hand
