Pediatric Dentist Opportunity Southern Pennsylvania
A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in southern Pennsylvania is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its growing outpatient dental team. This opportunity offers a stable Monday Friday schedule with no weekends, strong team support, and eligibility for visa sponsorship. Position Highlights
Full-time, 40-hour workweek with no Saturdays
Schedule:
Provide comprehensive, basic, and preventive dental care to patients from infancy through adolescence
Collaborate with a well-rounded dental team, including another Pediatric Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs), and a fully staffed front office
Open to new residency graduates
J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $225,000
Guaranteed $10,000 RVU incentive in Year 1, with additional earnings based on production thereafter
Comprehensive health and dental insurance

Paid time off:
CME stipend of $3,000 annually with 40 hours of CME time (prorated based on start date)
