Dental Assistant
Location: Painesville , OH
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly rate based on experience. Paid as a W2 employee. Weekly pay via direct deposit.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Prepare, clean, and flip operatories between patients
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and materials
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Provide chairside support to both the dentist and hygienist
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Record and update patient information accurately
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Skills
- Assisting the doctor chairside
- Knowledge of dental instruments
- Chairside support
- Cleaning and flipping operatories
- Clinical dental experience
- Taking and processing patient X-rays
- Assisting the hygienist as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Radiology certification preferred (state requirements apply)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
