Shifts: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday each week - closed on Wednesdays. (M/Tu 10a-7p, Th/F 7:30a-3:30p (no Wed-closed)

REQUIREMENTS:

Active NY license

Active DEA

Active DOT

Certifications- BLS

3 years of experience
