Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

An academically affiliated community hospital in Southwest New York is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Hospitalist team in a night-shift role. This 49-bed acute care facility serves patients across Allegany County, western Steuben County, and northern Potter County, PA, and is known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

• 
  Schedule: 7 PM-7 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
  


• 
  Setting: 49-bed acute care hospital (average census 20-25 patients shared among providers)


• 
  Structure: Solo night coverage with MD backup and in-house Emergency Medicine support


• 
  No call responsibilities


• 
  EMR: EPIC

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $110,476.80-$140,112.00 (based on experience)


• 
  5 weeks PTO plus 56 hours of sick time
  


• $1,500 CME allowance


• 
  Loan repayment: $15,000 annually after one year of employment
  


• Potential for sign-on and/or relocation assistance

Qualifications:

• NCCPA certification required


• Hospitalist or acute care experience preferred (new graduates considered)
