Your Responsibilities
- You actively support the team in tracking open customer complaints with the objective of ensuring consistent and timely processing.
- Develop and create global guidelines for handling customer portals together with us.
- You are responsible for integrating data capture forms for customer complaints into customer contracts in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Support the improvement and updating of goodwill policies together with us.
- The inventory of damaged parts and the coordination of decisions regarding their further use with other specialist departments are also part of your responsibilities.
Your Profile - You are enrolled in a degree program in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study and are seeking a mandatory internship.
- You already have knowledge of the SAP ERP system and are also proficient in MS Office applications.
- You have an interest in, and an understanding of, functional and technical interdependencies
- You are willing to independently take responsibility for smaller projects and work tasks with a direct connection to customer complaints.
- An open and communicative manner in developing and coordinating work tasks, as well as strong comprehension skills and a structured way of working, are among your strengths.
- Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills are desirable.
