Location: Dartford Start Date: April Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Pay: ss100 - ss115 per day (dependent on experience) Make a Real Difference in SEN Education Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and highly regarded SEN school in Dartford that is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their outstanding team. In this role, you will support students aged 4-18 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You'll work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning experiences and ensure every pupil has the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities -
Provide 1:1 and small group support in the classroom and across school activities -
Implement personalised learning and behaviour plans -
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement -
Promote a nurturing and inclusive learning environment -
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to meet student needs The Ideal Candidate -
Experience working with children with SEN in a school or educational setting -
Patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to supporting young people -
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
