Neurology NP/PA locum in Rockford, Illinois (IL)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Neurology Advanced Practice Practitioner for full-time locum tenens coverage in Rockford, Illnois (IL) . Starting in April or as soon as credentialed, this role offers on going work and a competitive market rate and ongoing coverage.

The Neurology Role:

Location: Rockford, Illnois (IL)

Coverage Dates: April -Ongoing

Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM-7:00 PM (12 hr shifts)

• No nights, no weekends, no call

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient rounding

• New neurology consults

• Managing stroke alerts and responding to acute ED and transfer evaluations

• Pre- and post-operative management for endovascular cases

• Intermittent clinic in-basket management

• Support interventional neurology physicians as needed

EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

IL license active and unrestricted.

Board Certified

BLS, ACLS
