Position Highlights:
Full-time Family Practice Physician role BC/BE required
Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for routine and emergency office-based needs
Diagnose, treat, and manage patient healthcare plans
Maintain electronic medical records and necessary documentation
Prescribe medications, perform lab procedures, and interpret results
Educate patients on health and wellness
Participate in on-call duties and collaborate in a supportive, innovative practice environment
Engage in quality assurance, audits, utilization reviews, and staff management
Qualifications:
Completed academic requirements from an accredited medical school
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
Experience with electronic medical records required
Ability to supervise and collaborate with professional and allied healthcare staff
Spanish-speaking/bilingual preferred
