Position: Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant |
Description: We are seeking an experienced, board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) with an active Florida license to join a busy and growing Cardiothoracic Surgery service line in Orlando. This is a locum tenens assignment working alongside a highly collaborative team of APPs and surgeons.
- Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA)
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, plus call as needed
- Starting within 30-60 days for 3-4 months
- Setting: Clinic, OR, and CVICU coverage
- First assist in the operating room including vein harvest procedures
- Support the cardiothoracic surgical team in clinic, inpatient and ICU settings
- Must have active Florida license
- Must have OR first assist experience with proven vein harvest skills
- Competitive hourly rate, malpractice, travel and housing covered as needed
