We endeavour to do things the right way, look after customers and employees. We also sell and maintain a range of used vehicles so no day is just the same. Manufacturer and Bosch training are available including EV. We are looking for two technicians one experienced Vehicle Technician and one less so both to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for servicing, preparation, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing maintenance and safety checks, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should be motivated, have a strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Pay is very competitive and will depend on experience and qualifications/ability, but we ensure a good basic salary that you can depend on, not meaning you have to jump through a variety of hoops to earn any bonus. You will work 8:15 am till 5:15pm Monday to Friday, only one in three Saturdays 8:15am till 12:30pm The workshop currently has a wonderful team and so a great attitude to work as part of a team is vital. Any contact will be held in the strictest confidence. An outline of responsibilities although this is dependant on experience: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs. Test drive vehicles to diagnose and identify mechanical issues. Keep records of vehicle repairs and maintenance. Inspect vehicles for safety issues. Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
