Location: Springfield, MO
Reason for Need: Growth in patient volume and expansion with additional operatories
Practice Structure: Two partner doctors supported by an experienced team of pediatric dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
Technology: Modern facility featuring digital imaging, electronic health records, and advanced clinical systems to streamline workflows
Office Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Schedule: Ideal candidate 3 4 days per week
Patient Ages: Infants through teenagers
Clinical Scope
Comprehensive pediatric dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, and crowns
Sedation dentistry and behavior management services
In-house orthodontics for continuity of care
Emphasis on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for growing smiles
Payor mix: Primarily private and commercial insurance (Delta Dental, BCBS), with some Medicaid
Candidate Profile
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist
Passionate about patient-centered care and building strong community relationships
Open to both new graduates and experienced providers mentorship available from established doctors
