TidalHealth, located in Maryland, is seeking a Hospitalist Nocturnist to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. • Salary Range: $293,000 - $333,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)


• Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives

• Closed ICU with Intensivist support


• CPOE, PACS, and EMR systems fully implemented


• Block Scheduling (7 on-7 off) Tuesday - Monday


• Rotates 3pm-3am and 7pm-7am (every 3rd On week will be 3pm-3am, all other On weeks are 7pm-7am)


• 10-20 admissions (higher number is during the summer months)


• 5-person team


• Each person rotates doing admissions


• Participate in the Residency Program by teaching residents and support medical students in clinical rotations
